Yes. All restorations are made in the USA using FDA-registered dental materials. Nothing is outsourced overseas — every case is crafted in our St. Louis, Missouri laboratory.

In-lab working times: full cast alloy 6 days, all-porcelain (zirconia/e.max) 7 days, porcelain-to-alloy (PFM) 8 days. For removables: cast frameworks 7 days, process-finish 5 days, set-up 3 days, flexible partials 7 days. These exclude shipping, weekends, holidays and pickup/delivery days.

Zirconia crowns and bridges, IPS e.max press and e.max CAD crowns, e.max veneers, OPC press and OPC veneers, and e.max layered over zirconia for cases that need both strength and translucency.

Porcelain fused to non-precious metal, high noble, white high noble, yellow gold, and BiO (24-karat gold). We also provide porcelain labial margins (90° shoulder needed), diagnostic wax-ups and temporary crowns.

Noble-Cast 45 (40% Au, yellow noble), Noble-Cast 60 (57.5% Au, yellow high noble), Noble-Cast 67 (64% Au, yellow high noble), white high noble (45%), white noble metal (79% Pd), and non-precious alloy.

Complete dentures, immediate dentures, soft relines (Tokuyama), acrylic relines, custom impression trays, and denture ID naming.

Yes — flexible partials in TCS® Unbreakable and Valplast, alongside traditional cast-metal partial frameworks. Both typically run 7 working days in-lab.

Yes. We fabricate soft night guards, custom bleaching trays and athletic mouth guards.

Yes — implant crowns and bridges, screw- or cement-retained, with custom abutments. Send your implant system details with the case, or call 314.429.5000 to plan it.

Yes — custom shade and staining is part of our crown & bridge service, along with crowns fit to existing partials and precision attachments.

As a rule of thumb: e.max for high-esthetic anterior crowns and veneers, zirconia for posterior strength, bridges and heavy occlusion. We can also combine them with e.max over zirconia. Unsure? Send the case with a note or call — we'll recommend the right material.
